1. Services
Sayaka Bilingual Sensei provides online, one-on-one language tutoring sessions. Lesson topics, prices, and durations are listed on the website. Sessions are conducted via video conferencing tools such as Zoom or other platforms as specified during booking.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use our services. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Bookings and Payments
Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
All lesson fees are clearly listed on the website and must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payments are processed securely via [your payment provider, e.g., Stripe or PayPal].
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Student Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

Tutor Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost
5. Conduct
Users must behave respectfully during all sessions. We reserve the right to terminate a session or deny services to individuals who display inappropriate behavior, including harassment or abuse.
6. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, videos, worksheets, and resources provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Sayaka Bilingual Sensei. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our tutoring services are provided "as is." While we strive to deliver high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Privacy
