Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, please review the following lesson rules and policies: •Punctuality – Please join the lesson on time. If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. •Learning Environment – Choose a quiet place with a stable internet connection to avoid disruptions. •Respectful Communication – Be polite and respectful during lessons. 🚫12-Hour Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be charged in full, with no refund or makeup lesson. 📆Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) may not be possible, and the lesson will be considered canceled. ✅No-Show Policy If you do not attend the lesson and fail to inform me, the lesson will be marked as “No Show” and fully charged.
